Ingredients
- 15 ml of olive oil
- 30 ml of butter
- 16 medium shrimp
- 8 large scallops, quartered
- 300 g lobster meat
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 60 mL shallots
- 125 mL green peas
- 125 mL red bell pepper, diced
- 80 mL fresh parsley, chopped
- 250 mL béchamel sauce
- 125 mL grated Gruyère cheese

To prepare:
In a large saucepan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté shrimp, scallops, lobster, garlic and shallots for 2 minutes.
Add green peas, bell bell pepper and parsley. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Divide the preparation between 4 small gratin dishes. Add the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is gratinated.
