Seafood gratin

Ingredients

  • 15 ml of olive oil
  • 30 ml of butter
  • 16 medium shrimp
  • 8 large scallops, quartered
  • 300 g lobster meat
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 60 mL shallots
  • 125 mL green peas
  • 125 mL red bell pepper, diced
  • 80 mL fresh parsley, chopped
  • 250 mL béchamel sauce
  • 125 mL grated Gruyère cheese
    .
    To prepare:
    In a large saucepan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté shrimp, scallops, lobster, garlic and shallots for 2 minutes.
    Add green peas, bell bell pepper and parsley. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
    Divide the preparation between 4 small gratin dishes. Add the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
    Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is gratinated.
