Fluffy buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g/2.5 cups of semolina
  • 250 g/1.5 cups of flour
  • 350 ml warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 60 g/1/3 cup of cream cheese

METHOD
Pour semolina with hot water and mix. Add all ingredients and knead dough. Let rise.
Divide the dough into 9 focaccia. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with semolina. Let rise.
Make incisions on each focaccia. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
