Baghrir: Moroccan pancakes ready in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
130g (3/4 cup) semolina
60g (1/2 cup) flour
10g (3/4 tablespoon) sugar
3g (1 teaspoon) dry yeast
A pinch of salt
280 ml (1 1/4 cups) water
8 g (1/2 tablespoon) baking powder

METHOD
In a bowl add semolina, flour, sugar, salt, yeast, salt, water and mix well until thick
Add the mixture to the blender and mix at high speed for one minute. Transfer the mixture to the bowl, add the baking powder and mix well.
Fill a ladle and cook in a saucepan creating a round shape and wait for bubbles to form on
