INGREDIENTS
400g of pumpkin
salt
pepper
2 eggs
20 ml of olive oil
80g of parmesan cheese
40 ml of water
130g of flour
6 g baking powder
vegetable oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grate the squash and remove as much liquid as possible.
  2. Mix grated squash with salt, eggs, oil, Parmesan, water and flour.
  3. Add a little baking powder and mix until the dough is nice and thick.
  4. Put a teaspoon of dough in the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
