Ingredients:
170 g crumbled cookies
40 g sugar
100 g melted butter
3 yolks
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
400 g of condensed milk
150 g lemon juice
100 g whipped cream
Directions:
Base: Mix the cookies and blend them with the sugar and butter. Crush them in a pan and bake at 320°F (160°) for 20 minutes.
Cream: Mix the yolks with the lemon zest, condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour the mixture on the bottom and bake for another 22 minutes. Then let cool and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Then whip the cream and garnish the cake.
