Ingredients for 8 large cookies:
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar
For the chocolate, we will add it 3 times during the recipe: *230g of chocolate for the first step - 30g of chocolate for the second step
- 15g of chocolate for the last step
- 30g of butter
- 35g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation: - Start by melting the 230g of chocolate and the butter in a double boiler.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar for 13 minutes (Michel et Augustin’s recommendations!!!): you can do it with a mixer or a food processor (more convenient to be able to take care of the chocolate at the same time!).
–> The goal is to obtain a very white and creamy mixture (this is the secret for a slightly meringue cookie). - Then add the flour and yeast.
- Mix gently.
- Add a pinch of salt, then the melted chocolate (from the first step of the recipe) and the 30g of crushed chocolate chips (from the second step in the ingredients)
- Just form your cookies on a plate and sprinkle with chocolate chips (the remaining 15g = third step in the ingredients).
- we bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees … and we enjoy!
