Ingredients:
180g semi-sweet noble chocolate (or milk chocolate, if you want a sweeter taste)
400g of good quality fresh cream
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir it until it melts completely.
Beat the cream for 3 to 4 minutes with an electric mixer at high speed until very creamy (similar to whipped cream).
Mix the chocolate with the whipped cream until smooth.
Chill for two hours and serve.
