Ingredients:
100g sugar
CARAMEL CREAM:
750 ml of milk
4 eggs
90g sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
- Start by dissolving the sugar and pouring it into the pan, let it cool.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.
- Then add the hot milk and mix.
- Finally add the vanilla, stir and strain the mixture into the pan.
- Place the pan in a saucepan with water and bake at 160° for 2 hours.
