Skillet perfect potatoes with butter and garlic until tender and golden. A tasty accompaniment to all meats and fish.

Preparation
Peel several potatoes. Cut them into slices of about 3 cm, put them in a bowl, salt and pepper. Place the butter in a saucepan until melted, add the potato slices until golden brown. Turn them over, add blocks of butter, rosemary and chicken broth. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
