ORANGE FONDANT CAKE
Ingredients:
4 eggs
400g cups sugar
375ml oil
400ml orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
580g wheat flour
3g salt
25g baking powder (1 bag)
For the syrup
125 ml orange juice
50g cup sugar
Preparation:

1. In a bowl, place the eggs and the sugar, beat for 3 minutes, add the oil then beat for another 2 minutes.
2. Add orange juice, orange zest and mix well.
3. Add the pre-sifted soft wheat flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Ventilate in 3 molds of 16 cm, previously buttered and floured or only with parchment paper on the bottom.
5. Oven preheated to 180°C for 45 minutes.

6. In a container put the orange juice and the sugar. Microwave for 2 minutes, then set aside.
7. Leave the cake to cool, then run a spatula over the edges and unmold.
8. Brush with orange syrup.
9. Serve and enjoy.
