Ingredients
- 8 brick sheets
- 5 medium sized potatoes
- 300g minced beef
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt pepper
- 8 eggs
- Frying oil
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes in water and mash them in a bowl.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the finely chopped parsley salt and pepper.
- Peel the onion, put it on the fire in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the minced meat to the preparation, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes until the juice has completely evaporated .
- Arrange a pastry sheet on a work surface, put a layer of potato in the middle, another layer of meat, break an egg on top, and fold the sides down to obtain a square.
- Do the same for the other bricks.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Place the bricks and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, turning the bricks several times.
- Serve the boureks with lemon juice.
