Ingredients

  • 8 brick sheets
  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 300g minced beef
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • Frying oil

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes in water and mash them in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mashed potatoes with the finely chopped parsley salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the onion, put it on the fire in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the minced meat to the preparation, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes until the juice has completely evaporated .
  4. Arrange a pastry sheet on a work surface, put a layer of potato in the middle, another layer of meat, break an egg on top, and fold the sides down to obtain a square.

  6. Heat oil in a skillet. Place the bricks and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, turning the bricks several times.
