Fluffy croissant donuts… and simply irresistible! They are easy to make and can be enjoyed hot for a decadent breakfast or for a sweet snack outside of main meals.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Orange zest
- 1/2 sel
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8g yeast
- 7 g baking powder
- 150ml / 5.3oz lukewarm water
- 100 g / 0.7 cup semolina
- 250 g / 1.7 cup flour
- cooking oil
- sugar
Preparation
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Add the flour and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
- Roll the cake. Cut the donuts. Let rise.
- Fry in plenty of oil. Sprinkle the finished donuts with sugar.
