INGREDIENTS 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon of salt 5/8 cup (120g) granulated sugar 3/5 cup (150ml) whole milk 1/5 cup (50ml) vegetable oil 1 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour 30g unsweetened cocoa powder 5g baking powder 10g unflavored gelatin 1/5 cup (50ml) water 4/5 cup (200g) sweetened condensed milk 4/5 cup (200ml) heavy cream 50g dark chocolate 40ml warm heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add milk and oil. Gradually sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- Cut the cocoa biscuit into two pieces. Put the first piece into a cake mold.
- In another mixing bowl, whip the condensed milk and heavy cream together. Dissolve gelatin in water and mix it into the condensed milk mixture. Pour it over the first cake layer in the mold. Add the second layer of cocoa biscuit.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Melt the dark chocolate and warm heavy cream together. Spread the mixture over the top of the cake.
