Apple pie 3 glasses: ingredients
For this recipe, get:
- 1 glass of semolina – 160 grams
- 1 glass of sugar – 150 grams (I reduced the doses of sugar, too sweet with the whole glass)
- 1 glass of flour 130 grams
- cinnamon to taste
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 40 grams of butter
- 5 apples (1 kg already net of peels)
- 200ml of milk
- the juice of an orange
- the grated zest of half an orange
- powdered sugar to garnish.
The preparation
First of all, preheat the oven to 170° in static mode or 180° in ventilated mode; grease and flour a springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm. Turn it upside down over the sink to remove the excess.
Wash the apples, dry them and peel them. Now grate them finely in a bowl and flavor them with cinnamon, orange juice and zest.
Pour the semolina and sugar into another container, then sift the flour and baking powder directly onto the other powders. Now uniform with a wooden spoon. Now divide them all into 4 glasses.
Sprinkle the bottom with the contents of a glass, then make a second layer with 1/3 of the apples. Level, pressing well, with the back of a spoon, then repeat the operations until all the ingredients are used up. The last layer must be made with powders.
At this point, melt the butter in the milk, you decide whether you prefer to do it in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Pour it on the cake, then with a toothpick or a toothpick from the skewers make many holes on the surface to allow the liquid to penetrate to the base.
Bake for about 55/60 minutes. After this time, take it out of the oven and let it cool before turning it out of the mold and dusting it with icing sugar.
Now taste it and enjoy this wonder!
