Light lemon biscuits: Ready in 12 minutes and without sugar
A recipe that turns into a simple and quick idea to get out of the usual culinary comfort zone.
The ingredients you need to make these cookies:
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 lemon juice
- 70 g of stevia
- 1 egg,
- 1 yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 milliliters of oil
- 260 grams of self-rising flour
The preparation is really simple and quick to complete:
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl: salt, flour and sweetener.
After this operation you will have to add the oil and mix everything well with the help of a spatula.
Then, using another bowl, beat the eggs together with the lemon zest and juice.
Once this procedure is done, all that remains is to combine the two compounds and mix them with your hands until a homogeneous mixture is created. Then you have to take the compound and start dividing it into sections. Pay attention to this procedure because the height of the dough must be about 2 centimeters. After having created our biscuits with your hands, you will need to place them all on a previously greased baking sheet and then bake.
The oven must be preheated and brought to 180 degrees. The biscuits will have to cook for about 12 minutes.
After cooking them, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
And here is a decidedly unexpected culinary surprise, ideal for leaving the whole family and even their guests speechless.
Enjoy your meal.
