Stuffed sweet omelettes: ingredients and preparation
For this recipe, get:
- for the batter:
- eggs 3
- salt 1/3 tsp
- sugar 2 tbsp
- oil 3 tbsp
- latte 200 ml
- farina 130 gr
- boiling water 200 ml
- for the stuffing
- ricotta 250 gr
- sour cream 3 tbsp
- sugar 3 tbsp
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, salt and oil. Work everything with the hand whisk, when the compound is well bound, add the flour, sifting it directly into the container and mix with the whisk. Finally, pour in the milk and mix thoroughly, stirring quickly. You have to get a semi-liquid batter.
Lightly grease a low non-stick frying pan of about 24 centimeters in diameter.
Now put it on the stove and with a ladle, cover the entire surface with the batter. When the first bubbles start to form, turn the omelette to cook it on the other side as well. It takes just a few minutes.
Continue in this way until all the ingredients are used up.
Now prepare the filling.
In a bowl, put the drained ricotta and the cooking cream, add the sugar and work into a cream with a spatula. When you get a uniform consistency, spread a spoon in the center of the omelette and fold it to obtain a small triangle.
Once you have finished filling each omelette, plate them up and serve them; they are spatial.
