Piquant sachets: discover the super delicious alternative to small pizzas
The ingredients
We will need:
250 ml of tepid water
a spoonful of dry yeast
just enough tomato purée
a teaspoon of salt
two spoonfuls of powdered milk
mozzarella just enough
a spoonful of honey
two spoonfuls of extra virgin olive
oil just enough black olives just
enough oregano
tuna enough
170 g of flour
190 g of durum wheat flour
The dough
In a rather large boule, make room for the flour and durum wheat, then add a couple of spoonfuls of powdered milk.
We continue adding the salt and the oregano, mix and then make the usual fountain. In the funnel of which we pour the oil and the dry yeast. Outside the fountain we pour honey and mix everything by pouring water in several streams.
At this point let’s start manipulating the dough until we get the classic dough, which we will wet with a drizzle of oil and let it rest for an hour after wrapping it in cling film.
When the dough has acquired volume, we take it onto a pastry board and work it with a rolling pin to give it a more or less square shape. From this square, then, with a pastry wheel we obtain nine smaller squares.
If you want to skip this step, you can use the packaged pizza roll.
Let’s build the plate
Top each square with the tomato sauce, tuna and grated mozzarella. Then we fold the edges of each square towards the center, taking care to leave an opening that allows us to glimpse the filling.
We now place a black olive in the middle of each sack and then we bake them all in a pan for cooking: which must take place at 250 degrees for a quarter of an hour, not without first sprinkling the sachets with oregano.
Good job, have fun and bon appetit!
