- A teaspoon of non-spicy chili powder
- A teaspoon of chopped onion

Procedure for preparing the dough
Wash and dry the courgettes, using a potato peeler or a knife to remove the outer skin. With a kitchen grater, grate the courgettes until they are reduced to a pulp. Lay the courgettes on a sieve and press a little to eliminate the water present inside them.
Put the courgettes in a bowl together with a piece of breadcrumbs, garlic, onion and season with salt and pepper. Stir with a spoon to mix all the ingredients well.
Bread
In a bowl break and beat the egg. Pour the rest of the breadcrumbs into another dish. Form balls with the previously prepared compound, which will be crushed to form hamburgers. Dip the burgers first in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat for all other burgers.
Cooking zucchini burgers
In a non-stick pan, pour a little oil and cook the burgers for a few minutes on each side. The result should be golden burgers on the surface. Remove the burgers from the pan and place them on a sheet of parchment paper to drain the excess oil.
