- 20 gr of corn starch
- 180 g of light ricotta
- 10 g of baking powder
- 40 g of melted butter

Procedure
Transfer the oat flakes into a blender and operate until you get a sandy compound. Leave aside for later.
Peel and cut the bananas into pieces. Place them in a bowl and then mash them with a fork.
Then add the ricotta, melted butter, baking powder and corn starch. Mix the ingredients well with a spatula until you have a grainy and soft consistency.
