Sweet cheese pudding according to the recipe from childhood! The tastiest…

If you prefer sweet cheesecake, pie or cheesecake then you will definitely like this recipe. This dessert leaves no one indifferent! I’m just crazy about it, because I’m a big “fan” of cottage cheese! Let’s get to work!

ingredients

-220 g of sweet cottage cheese

-40 g of gray

-90-100 ml water (boiling)

-2 eggs

-70 g of sugar

-40 g of butter (melted)

-40 g of raisins

-1 packet of vanilla sugar

-cream (for greasing)

-vegetable oil (for greasing)

-bread crumbs (for sprinkling)

– powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

-1/4 teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation

1. Pour the boiling water over the semolina and let it swell until you prepare the other ingredients.

2. Likewise, pour water over the raisins and let them soften.

3. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy.

4. Mix the beaten egg yolks with the sweet cheese and vanilla.

5. Melt the butter. Mix it with the cheese.

6. Remove the raisins from the water and dry them with a napkin. Pour off any excess water from the bowl of semolina, if any. Raisins and semolina are mixed with cheese.

7. Beat the egg whites to a thick foam in a separate bowl, with a little salt. Add them to the cheese “dough” and mix carefully.

8. As a result, you get a very fluffy “dough”.

9. You can bake the pudding in several small forms but also in one large one.

10. Grease the baking tins with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the “dough”.

11. Spread cream on top.

12. Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Bake the pudding for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let the pudding cool for about 5-10 minutes.

13. Remove the pudding from the baking dish. If desired – sprinkle with powdered sugar.

14. As a result, you get a light, sweet and very tasty pudding. If desired, you can add nuts or candied fruit.!

The team wishes you bon appetit with your loved ones!
