Method of preparation

1. Put the flour with the sugar, cocoa, baking powder and room temperature butter in a bowl. Using a fork, mix the ingredients until you get a crumbly mass.

2. Add the egg and knead the dough.

3. Place the dough in a round baking form, forming borders on its walls.

4. Prepare the cream cheese. Shred the cheese with the help of the blender and mix it with the pudding powder.

5. Beat the eggs with the sugar and then add the cream.

6. Combine the cheese mixture with the egg mixture and mix them well with a mixer or blender.

7. Pour the cheese mixture over the dough in the baking dish.

8. Put the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

9. When it’s ready, take it out and let it cool.

10. Meanwhile, place the walnuts on a tray (in one layer) and put them in the oven for 5 minutes. If they are not browned enough, leave them for another 1-2 minutes, but be careful not to burn them.

11. Take them out of the oven and let them cool.

12. Heat the honey in a bain-marie until it becomes fluid, then immediately add the walnuts and mix the composition well, so that the walnuts are completely covered with honey.

13. Then place the nuts (with honey) on a tray as quickly as possible, so that they do not stick to each other.

14. Cover the cake with boiled condensed milk, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.

15. Decorate the cheesecake with the “honey” nuts.

16. If desired, sprinkle the cheesecake with brown sugar.

The team wishes you bon appetit with your loved ones!
