The Benefits of Frozen Lemon for Your Health and Why You Should Consume It

It’s simple… Place the lemon in the freezer. Once the lemon is frozen, use your grater and grate the whole lemon (no need to peel it) and sprinkle it on top of your food.

Sprinkle it on your salads, ice cream, soup, noodles, spaghetti sauce, rice, sushi, fish dishes, etc.
