Shrimp or prawns are one of the most popular and common crustaceans in most countries, both for their delicious flavor and for the countless recipes that we can make with them. Butter shrimp is a culinary delicacy that embodies elegance and flavor in every bite. This culinary preparation combines the freshness and succulent texture of shrimp with the richness and creaminess of a well-made butter sauce. From the moment they are served on the plate, the butter shrimp looks tempting. The bright, juicy appearance of the shrimp coated in a creamy sauce is a prelude to the culinary experience to come. When tasted, the shrimp reveal a tender and juicy texture, accentuated by the softness of the butter. The sauce, infused with garlic, fresh herbs, and sometimes a hint of lemon, provides layers of flavor that complement the natural sweetness of the shrimp. Butter not only acts as a vehicle to carry flavors, but also contributes to a silky texture that glides smoothly on the palate. Here is the prescription:

Ingredients: 1 kilogram of Shrimp, 1 stick of Butter, 2 cloves of chopped Garlic, 1 Onion, Chicken broth to taste.

Preparation:  The first thing you should do before starting to make the shrimp with butter recipe is to get the ingredients ready. To do this, remove the heads of the shrimp, chop the garlic cloves, and peel and cut the onion into slices. Now, peel the shrimp, wash them and open them in half, giving them the shape of a butterfly and if you have time, also remove the central dark thread they have, add the chicken broth to your liking but without overdoing it and set them aside. Next, take a frying pan and heat the butter until it melts completely, then add the chopped garlic and cook it for a minute or two, then add the onion and prawns and fry all the ingredients together. To make the butter fried shrimp, cover the pan and let them cook until they turn pink. Once they have acquired the pink color, move them and season them on both sides. When the onion softens and the shrimp is cooked through, remove from heat and serve. To enjoy!
