If you are not in the mood to start cooking, you can prepare some cheese enchiladas, which are made very quickly and very easily.
1 cup sauce (ketchup).
1 cup of soft drink (soda) or orange juice.
1/2 tablespoon lime juice (green lemon).
2 tablespoons of dry white wine or non-alcoholic white wine.
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire seasoning or sauce (extra).
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce.
salt.
ground black pepper to taste.
3 cups cooked, peeled and shelled shrimp, preferably small shrimp.
6 leaves of small romaine lettuce or taken from the center of a large romaine lettuce.
Preparation:
In a large bowl, whisk together the ketchup, soda or orange juice, 2 tablespoons of the lime juice, wine, Worcestershire sauce, sazon or Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce by hand.
Season with salt and pepper.
Taste and add more lemon juice or salt, if desired.
Add the shrimp and mix.
Cover and let them marinate (soak) in the refrigerator for 5 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.
Divide the shrimp cocktail among 6 ice cream or martini glasses.
Decorate each with a lettuce leaf placed upright.
