To remove a rust stain on a floor (tiles, linoleum, parquet), clothing, a car, furniture or any other object subject to corrosion, there are natural and effective tips that work even on old dirt.
1 – BICARBONATE

For a more abrasive action on rust, you can use baking soda with vinegar or potato. For the bicarbonate-vinegar mixture, put on gloves and add, in a container, a spoonful of bicarbonate with a spoonful of vinegar. Apply the solution to the rust and, after a quarter of an hour, rinse everything with a damp sponge. For the baking soda-potato mixture, start by cutting the potato in half then sprinkle it with baking soda and scrub the rust.
2 – LEMON AND SALT

Lemon is very effective on rust but the effectiveness is enhanced if you use lime. Sprinkle the rust generously with fine salt then add a few drops of lemon juice. Just enough to moisten the salt. Leave on for 3 hours and scrub with a stiff brush, then rinse and dry carefully.
3 – VINEGAR AND SALT

Mix a little apple cider vinegar with coarse salt until the mixture is almost creamy and grainy. Apply to the rust stain and leave for an hour. Finally, remove the vinegar and salt residue and clean with a damp cloth.
4 – THE ONION

Whether on stainless steel, carbon or another material, the onion is a good solution for removing rust that has formed there. Cut the vegetable in half and rub the stain directly with it.
