Here is the recipe for light milk buns, tasty light buns, soft as can be, easy and simple to make and perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- 1 sachet of baker’s yeast
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 30 g of soft butter reduced to 40%
- 280 ml skimmed milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a salad bowl, put the flour and make a well and add the rest of the ingredients, mix then knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with cloth, then let it rise for 2 hours.
- Work the dough for a few more minutes then divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
- Shape your loaves and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Brush your bread with milk then leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Bake for 20 minutes, monitoring cooking.
