Light Milk Rolls

Here is the recipe for light milk buns, tasty light buns, soft as can be, easy and simple to make and perfect for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 450 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baker’s yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 30 g of soft butter reduced to 40%
  • 280 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl, put the flour and make a well and add the rest of the ingredients, mix then knead for 10 minutes.
  2. Cover the dough with cloth, then let it rise for 2 hours.
  3. Work the dough for a few more minutes then divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
  4. Shape your loaves and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  5. Brush your bread with milk then leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, monitoring cooking.
