Ingredients
- 500 g Apples
- 2 Bananas
- 1 sachet Vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Peel the apples, core, core and cut them into quarters. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices
- In a large saucepan, put the apples and bananas, vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of water, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the fruits are cooked, blend to obtain a smooth compote. Let cool and keep refrigerated until serving.
