Easy Apple and Bananas Compote

Today, I offer you a compote recipe with only 3 ingredients and no added sugar! Ideal for the whole family, from toddlers to adults.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Apples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 sachet Vanilla sugar

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples, core, core and cut them into quarters. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices
  2. In a large saucepan, put the apples and bananas, vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of water, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. When the fruits are cooked, blend to obtain a smooth compote. Let cool and keep refrigerated until serving.
