Procedure
First get the broccoli, wash it, cut it into pieces and put it to cook in a pan with high edges. Pour the water and salt into it, leaving it to cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes (perhaps use the lid).
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, break the eggs and add the milk, salt and pepper. Then mix with a hand whisk and set aside for now.
Grate a piece of provolone, then drain the cooked broccoli and transfer it to a serving plate. Brush a rectangular baking dish with oil and add the broccoli. Season everything with the garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Pour the eggs over it too (move the baking dish slightly so that everything is mixed well). Add the provolone cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and dedicate yourself to the preparation of a tasty cream of potatoes. Equip yourself with a pan with high sides, add the potatoes and pour water to cover them.
Cook until the potatoes become softer. Then drain them and gently remove the peel, then cut them into slices. Transfer them to a mixer together with the hot milk and hot water and season with pepper, salt and grated nutmeg.
Complete everything with a drizzle of oil and operate the appliance until it forms a cream. Serve your preparation (better to use a flat plate), and then lay your broccoli on top. Enjoy your meal!
