Dry skin on the feet is common. Indeed, the foot is naturally poor in sebaceous glands, which nourish the skin and prevent dry feet. In addition, with age, the feet produce less and less sebum and are increasingly drier. “Contrary to what we imagine, sweating does not prevent dryness,” explains Nicolas Grenot.

The most sensitive part is obviously the heel, on which we can observe heel calluses, corn which, if not treated, can cause cracks and then cracks. These are extremely painful.

Ingredients & Preparation

  • Olive oil
  • Sweet almond oil
  • Milk
  • White sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Hot water
  • 1 basin
  • 1 container
  1. Half fill the basin with hot water and add 100 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into it.
  2. Mix well with a wooden spoon and let your feet soak in this mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. In a small container, mix 50 g of white sugar with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  4. Take a little of this mixture in your hands and rub your feet where you have dead skin, doing a circular massage for 2/3 minutes on each foot.
  5. Pour a small amount of sweet almond oil into your hands and massage the skin of your feet for 2 minutes on each foot. Pay particular attention to where the skin is driest.
  6. Next, put on a pair of socks so that the sweet almond oil penetrates the skin well.
