Are you in the middle of cleaning and you hesitate to throw away those old towels that are lying dormant in your closet? No, don’t throw them in the trash, as they can be recycled and used for other purposes. Instead of making the mistake of throwing them away, find out how to recycle an old bath towel.
1 – PRACTICAL MOP RECYCLING

Let’s start with a practical solution, always useful: making a mop. Nothing too complicated, you’ll see! Here’s how to do it:
- Cut a piece of a bath towel about 27 cm long and 12 cm wide.
- Cut two small pieces 7 cm long and 12 cm wide.
- Pin them to each side of the large piece that will serve as a mop.
- Sew them so that you only leave a pocket to insert the base of the broom.
2 – BEACH TOWEL FROM A BATH TOWEL

This way to recycle bath towels is the easiest. Take 2 different large bath towels and cut each of them into two identical squares. Arrange the 4 squares obtained according to the napkin model you want to have and sew them together with a sewing machine. You will thus obtain a large absorbent beach towel customized according to your desires.
3 – A BATH MAT

Nothing easier! Collect the fabric from 3 napkins of 3 different colors and cut strips of fabric, then braid them! Once the braids are complete, roll it all up and do a hand sew to keep everything in a perfect circle!
4 – A GLOVE FOR SCRUBING

Old towels can also be useful for our beauty rituals! Cut out a napkin in the shape of a glove and sew the two parts of the fabric together. This will give you a useful glove for scrubbing and removing dead cells while you shower.
5 – FOR A GOOD SPRING CLEANING, DON’T FORGET THE OLD TOWEL

Dust and dirt are often found in hidden spaces like blinds! With this cleaning technique, your towel will never have been more useful.
