- ½ liter of milk

Preparation :
- In a container, pour the water and milk, then add the ice cubes.
- Soak your bras in the mixture for an hour.
- Rinse them and let them air dry.

- 2 liters of hot water
- 2 tablespoons of table salt
- 3 tablespoons of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of detergent
Preparation :
- In a jar, mix all the ingredients in the water.
- Dip your bras in the mixture and leave for 3 hours.
- Put on household gloves, wash them by hand, then rinse them with clean water
