15 g vegetable broth, granulated

220 g sour cream or sour cream

220 g balsamic vinegar, white

n. B. Kräuter (Lettuce)

preparation

(You can prepare the recipe with or without Thermomix. The information for the TM is in brackets).

1. First put vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable stock in a pot and let it boil over medium heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir with the hand blender for 5-8 seconds (10 seconds/hour5).

2. Next, fill the dressing into bottles and store in the refrigerator after it has cooled down. The vinegar preserves and makes it last quite a long time. It tastes great with all leaf salads or raw vegetables.

The dressing also makes a great souvenir or small, homemade gift.

Bon appetit
