Colorful and Creamy Mosaic Jelly

Ingredients :

  • 4 jellies (strawberry, pineapple, lemon and grape)
  • 1/2 package of colorless, unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of milk

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the jellies with 100 ml less water so that they are firmer.
  2. If the package calls for 250 ml of cold water and 250 ml of hot water, put only 200 ml of each.
  3. Once the jellies are ready, put them in the refrigerator and wait until they become firm.
  4. I recommend making the jellies the day before, so that they stay in the refrigerator overnight.

Cream:

  1. Prepare half a packet of colorless, unflavored gelatin according to
    box directions and set aside (remembering that it will be half the amount of water for half a packet of gelatin).
  2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk, milk and colorless unflavored gelatin into a blender.
  3. Mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Assembly :

  1. Cut the colored jellies into small cubes, pour them into a larger mold and mix to color them well.
  2. Then pour the cream over the jelly cubes and spread it evenly.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until it becomes firm like jelly. Then serve and enjoy your meal!
