Magical and creamy dessert. Ingredients
- 4 eggs and 1 yolk + 2 eggs
- 60 g of flour
- 130 g of sugar + 100 g of sugar + 50 g of sugar
- 2 spoons of honey
- 500 ml of warm milk
- Vanilla just enough
Preparation
First of all, bring 130 grams of sugar into a pan and let it melt, stirring constantly with the spatula. Once we have obtained our liquid, let’s pour it into the 5 glasses we have selected.
We put the glasses aside and continue cooking.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on the stove to boil. After that we take one yolk and four eggs in a large bowl together with 100 grams of sugar. We continue by adding the vanilla and a spoonful of honey and then mix with a hand mixer. When everything appears homogeneous, slowly pour in the now ready milk, stirring constantly.
We then take the mixture, after having sifted it, into a pan with high sides and then pour the result into our glasses and let them rest.
At this point we transfer two eggs and 50 grams of sugar into a bowl. Add a spoonful of honey and the vanilla. Then you have to mix with an electric mixer until you get a liquid and white compound. Then we integrate the flour using a spatula. When the mixture is clear, creamy and homogeneous, pour it into our glasses.
Baking
After that we place the glasses on a pan filled with boiling water.
All that remains is to bring everything into a preheated oven and cook for 20 – 25 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
When our desserts in the glasses are ready they will appear a little swollen enough to come out of the edges. Remove the tray and let it cool down in the fridge.
After the necessary time we bring the desserts to the table. We will be able to notice how the dessert has deflated and looks decidedly inviting.
Then we sink the teaspoon which will first meet a soft dough and then a delicious cream.
Bon appetit sweet.
