MOUSSE CAKE WITH SPREAD

Ingredients :
Mousse cake:
550 g of whole liquid cream
350 g of mascarpone
250 g of spread
13 g of bovine gelatin
170 g of milk
1 tbsp of liquid vanilla
2 tbsp of icing sugar
6 spoon biscuits
Biscuit base:
120 g of biscuits (Breton puck)
45g melted butter
Decoration:
1 Kinder Bueno
1 Kinder Surprise
2 Kinder Country
2 Kinder Délice
5 Mikado
1 tbsp of spread

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE :
1.Place the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften them.

Biscuit base:

  1. Arrange the biscuits in a bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Then mix with melted butter.
  2. Place a rhodoid around the 18 to 20 cm circle or a pre-cut sheet of baking paper. Then, pour the crushed biscuits into the bottom of the circle and press firmly using a glass. Reserve in the fridge.

Mousse cake:
4.heat the milk with the spread then incorporate the gelatin into the preparation then set aside.

  1. In a very cold bowl, pour the whole liquid cream, the mascarpone, the icing sugar and the liquid vanilla.
  2. Whisk everything for a few minutes. It should double in volume and thicken.
  3. Check that the temperature of the gelatin/spread mixture is between 40°C and 45°C. Then gently incorporate it into the whipped cream.

Assembly :

  1. Pour a first layer of cream into the bottom of the circle (above the biscuit base) then place the spoon biscuits.

9.Pour a second layer of mousse then smooth the cake and refrigerate overnight.

10.The next day, lightly melt the spread, then pour on top and decorate the cake with pieces of chocolate.
