Pasticciotti: the Italian recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
125g butter or lard
125g of sugar
salt
1 g baking soda
1 egg
lemon zest
250g of flour

For the cream:
380g of milk
90g of sugar
3 egg yolks
37 potato starch
vanilla
lemon zest

METHOD :

  1. Mix lard with sugar and lemon zest. Add 1 egg, flour, salt and baking soda.
  2. Make the puff pastry.
  3. Fill your Italian pasticciotti with pastry cream and bake at 220°C for 14 minutes
