Ingredients
4 eggs
150 g bacon
some nutmeg pepper and salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
400 g spaghetti
200 g hard cheese
parsley
preparation
That is how it goes:
1. First, cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente.
2. Meanwhile, render the diced bacon in olive oil. Then whisk the eggs and 1/2 of the cheese, as well as plenty of black pepper and nutmeg in a tall container with a hand blender.
3. Now drain the spaghetti, put it back into the hot pot and slowly mix with the hot bacon. Now pour the egg mixture over it, mix, serve immediately and add the remaining cheese. (smells tempting)
