- 1 essence of rum
- 1 liter of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of starch
- 4 spoons of cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the cream. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with a mixer.
Add the sugar and starch and mix very well until you get a thick cream.
Gradually, we add the milk and at the end, the cocoa powder.
Mix with a mixer until homogeneous.
2. On a tray, place a layer of biscuits evenly. On top, we add the rum essence and a layer of the previously prepared cream.
