Mini homemade donuts that have nothing to envy to those of the baker, easy and soft, you can make them plain or filled with your choice.
Ingredients
- 300 g of flour
- 20 grams of sugar
- 7 g of dry yeast
- 50 g of butter at room temperature
- 130 g whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
Preparation
- In the blender, introduce the flour, sugar, yeast, butter, milk, salt and egg.
- Work the ingredients until you obtain a uniform and homogeneous mixture.
- Leave to rise until the dough has doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and form donuts.
- Let them rest for 15 minutes and fry them in hot oil.
- Put them in sugar and enjoy these delights.
