Ricotta and strawberry squares: the soft and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 g cow’s milk ricotta
160 gr sugar (or even 180 if you want it just sweeter)
3 eggs
90 ml seed oil
250 g flour 0
8 gr baking powder (1/2 sachet)
half a bowl of strawberries
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 teaspoons apricot jam (or your choice) makes it wetter on top

Preparation:

  1. First mix cottage cheese with sugar.
  2. Then add one egg at a time.
  3. Then combine flour, oil and yeast.
  4. Cut the strawberries, season them with the lemon juice and add to the dough.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
  6. To make it more moist, brush with jam.
