4 tbsp olive oil
50 g parmesan
2 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp herbs, Italian
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them in a bowl with the parmesan and olive oil. Mix the spices together in a separate bowl, then add to the potatoes. Mix vigorously again, then place the potato wedges on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
