Ingredients:
4 peppers
200 g of robiola
a clove of garlic
oil to taste
Salt to taste.
pepper as needed.
basil to taste
Preparation:
- Arrange the peppers on the tray and bake at 200° for 40 minutes.
- Put the peppers in a bag and let them cool.
- Then remove the peel and cut them.
- Season with oil, salt and garlic, then leave them in the fridge.
- Mix the robiola with salt, pepper and basil.
- Stuff the peppers and roll them up.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
