Ingredients
400 ml of heavy cream (whipping cream)
400 ml of condensed milk
20 u. oreo cookies
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Preparation:
- Place the cream with the vanilla essence in a bowl and beat until medium point. It must be consistent but at the same time fluid. Reserve.
- With your hands, break the cookies into pieces and reserve.
- Pour the condensed milk over the whipped cream and incorporate with enveloping movements.
- Add the cookies and incorporate in the same way.
- Pour all the mixture into a container (20x10cm) and place in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours.
- Ready! That easy! All that remains is to serve and enjoy this simple and delicious ice cream!!
