Ingredients:
3 potatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
2 eggs
Pepper as needed.
Olive oil to taste
150 g of cherry tomatoes
Oregano to taste
50 g of salami
150 g of mozzarella
Preparation:
- Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze them to remove excess water.
- Combine the flour, beaten eggs, pepper and mix.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with olive oil. Then spread the potato mixture.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 20 minutes.
- Separately cut the cherry tomatoes and season them with oil and oregano.
- Fill the pizza with the seasoned cherry tomatoes, sliced salami and mozzarella.
- Bake again at 200° for 10 minutes.
