Salty, light and easy to prepare ham puffs, ideal to serve with a salad for a light side dish. Good preparation.
Ingredients
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 sachet of 125 g mashed potatoes
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 500ml water
- 6 eggs
- 1 Chicken broth
- 1 knob of butter (for the mold)
Preparation
- Preheat your oven Th.6 (180°C).
- In a saucepan, pour the water, milk and chicken broth.
- Once melted, make the purée according to the instructions.
- Cut the ham into thin strips.
- Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs.
- Mix the egg yolks and the grated cheese with the mash.
- Whip the egg whites very stiff, then gently fold them into the mixture.
Add the ham. - Generously butter the ramekins or soufflé molds then pour the preparation.
- The molds should be 3/4 full.
- Put in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes without opening the oven door, this would prevent the soufflés from rising.
- The soufflés should brown delicately. Serve immediately.
