Thousand Hole Pancakes

This recipe of pancake thousand holes is super easy to realize and gives a very good baghrir inratable to taste with a good mint tea.

Ingredients
1 glass of flour
2 glasses of fine semolina
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 packet of baking powder
4 glasses of warm water
Preparation
For all the measurements you will use the same glass. Here is a picture of the glass used, neither too big nor too small.
In a mixer put the glass of flour, the 2 glasses of fine semolina, the baking powder, the packet of baking powder and the salt.
Add only 3 glasses of lukewarm water and mix everything. Once everything is well mixed, add the 4th glass of lukewarm water and stir for 2 minutes.
Put the mixture in a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Once the dough has risen, heat a pan. Take a piece of paper towel, pour a little oil on it and put it on the pan.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and let it cook on one side only. The pancake is cooked when all the holes have formed and the bottom is golden. Place on a cloth as they cook. Do not stack them on top of each other.
