Ingredients
3/4 of a packet of normal cookies, type Maria
3 tablespoons of margarine
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
150g dark chocolate
150 g of milk chocolate
150 g of white chocolate
3 curd envelopes
600 ml whipped cream
600 ml of whole milk
sugar

For the cookie base:
- We put the margarine in the microwave until it dissolves, it does not need to be completely liquid, just a little melted. Add the cocoa powder and the ground biscuit, which can be ground in a blender. We mix everything and put it as a base in a removable container. Put it in the refrigerator.
- We fill a glass with milk and add the curd husks, dissolve the curd. We pour it into a larger container and add the cream. Mix and make 3 equal parts of this mixture.
- In a saucepan we heat the first of these parts, at the first boil we add the chopped white chocolate, we mix well with a whisk and we let it boil again and we slowly pour it onto the mold with the biscuit that the we had in the fridge. Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Check that it is solid before moving on to the next step.
Repeat the previous step but with the milk chocolate: - In a saucepan we heat the second of these parts, at the first boil we add the chopped milk chocolate and 2 tablespoons of sugar, we mix well with a whisk and we let it boil again and we slowly pour over the mold that we had in the refrigerator. Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Check that it is solid before moving on to the next step.
Repeat the previous step but now with the dark chocolate: - In a saucepan we heat the third of these parts, at the first boil we add the chopped dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of sugar, we mix well with a whisk and we let it boil again and we pour slowly over the mold that I had in the refrigerator Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
