Ingredients:
250 grams of flour
250 grams of sugar
4 eggs
1 orange (juice and zest)
150 ml of sunflower oil
1 envelope of chemical yeast
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a biscuit tin.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar until a whitish mixture is obtained.
- Add the orange zest and juice and mix well.
- Add the sunflower oil and continue mixing.
- Sift the flour, yeast and salt and add little by little to the previous mixture, stirring well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and when inserted with a toothpick, it comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving and enjoy!
